The President of Kyrgyzstan visited Uchkun OJSC, where he familiarized himself with the production activities of the enterprise.
Sadyr Japarov was informed about the output, in particular, about the volume of educational materials for general educational organizations, the work of the newspaper and magazine shop and the production of documents of state importance.
The head of state stressed that today Uchkun is equipped with all necessary equipment and can independently produce documents of state importance, including passports.
Sadyr Japarov noted that for two years the state had been working to overcome the well-coordinated passport mafia, which had taken root for many years and had managed to cause billions of soms of damage to the country. He added that the scale of corruption in the forgery of passports was very large and jeopardized national security.
