The State Development Bank decided to increase its authorized capital for the second time in a month. The Kyrgyz Stock Exchange reported.
An extraordinary meeting of the fund’s shareholders took place on Thursday. It was decided to increase the capital by 5 billion soms — from 7 to 12 billion. To do this, 5 million ordinary registered shares worth 1,000 soms each will be placed. This will be the third placement of shares.
In early August, the State Development Bank also increased its capital from 2 to 7 billion soms. As a result, over the month, the indicator increased six times — from 2 to 12 billion soms.
