Customs officers stopped the activities of a transnational group supplying marijuana at Manas International Airport. Press service of the department reported.
The group reportedly received drugs from the United States through an international postal company.
«The special operation was carried out together with officers from the State Service on Drug Control and the State Committee for National Security. The total weight of marijuana was 2,099 grams. During a search in the apartment of the detainees, drugs and means of disguise were also seized. The suspects sold marijuana through the Telegram messenger. All case materials have been sent to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, investigative actions are underway,» the department said.
