Officers of the State Service on Drug Control detained a woman transporting hashish at Chychkan post in Jalal-Abad region. Press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported.
«A Honda Odyssey car was stopped, the passenger of which, according to operational information, was transporting drugs. During the inspection, a bag with 51 briquettes of hashish was confiscated from the resident of Toktogul district. The total weight of the seized is 651 grams,» the statement says.
By a court decision, the detainee was placed in the pre-trial detention center in Osh. The investigation is ongoing.
