Humanitarian aid in the form of 1,000 tons of elite wheat seeds of Kazakh origin harvested in 2021 has been delivered to Kyrgyzstan from the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kyrgyz Republic reported on its Facebook page.
The ceremony of handing over the humanitarian cargo took place at Bishkek-1 station with the participation of the Minister of Agriculture Askarbek Dzhanybekov and the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan Rapil Zhoshybaev.
In May 2020, Kazakhstan provided humanitarian assistance to Kyrgyzstan in the form of flour in the amount of 5,000 tons. A year later, in May, a cargo of 10,000 tons of flour was sent to the republic.
