Elections 2021: Voting results in all single-seat constituencies announced

The information system of the Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan (CEC) received protocols of manual vote counting from all single-seat constituencies. Leaders of the race have not changed.

Batken region:

  • Leilek constituency — Chyngyz Azhibaev (10,971, or 33.19 percent);
  • Batken constituency — Nurlan Razhabaliev (6,556, or 18.49 percent);
  • Kadamdzai constituency — Yrysbek Atazhanov (6,047, or 16.33 percent).

Osh region:

  • Kok-Zhar constituency — Omurbek Bakirov (11,411, or 32.68 percent);
  • Nookat constituency — Zhusupbek Korgonbai uulu (13,323, or 43.08 percent);
  • Aravan constituency — Dzhalolidin Nurbaev (14,913, or 44.95 percent);
  • Osh constituency — Aibek Osmonov (21,348, or 49.8 percent);
  • Toloikon constituency — Nurbek Alimbekov (18,882, or 40.96 percent);
  • Kara-Suu constituency — Iskender Matraimov (22,480, or 62.39 percent);
  • Kurshab constituency — Daniyar Tolonov (9,887, or 24.54 percent);
  • Alai constituency — Ulan Primov (21,938, or 50.62 percent);
  • Uzgen constituency — Elmurza Satybaldiev (21,933, or 72.71 percent).

Jalal-Abad region:

  • Suzak constituency — Tazabek Ikramov (11,912, or 31.54 percent);
  • Jalal-Abad constituency — Shairbek Tashiev (21,287, or 62.14 percent);
  • Bazar-Korgon constituency — Aibek Altynbekov (23,779, or 61.48 percent);
  • Nooken constituency — Baktybek Sydykov (20,991, or 55.11 percent);
  • Aksy constituency — Nurlanbek Shakiev (12,082, or 38.04 percent);
  • Ala-Buka constituency — Azizbek Tursunbaev (11,279, or 37.54 percent);
  • Toktogul constituency — Kunduzbek Sulaimanov (7,402, or 20.25 percent).

Talas region:

  • Manas constituency — Dastanbek Dzhumabekov (13,252, or 39.42);
  • Talas constituency — Baktybek Choibekov (10,378, or 34.65 percent).

Chui area:

  • Zhaiyl constituency — Nurlanbek Azygaliev (8,932, or 28.18 percent);
  • Moskovsky constituency — Karim Khandzheza (5,418, or 20.48);
  • Sokuluk constituency — Amankan Kenzhebaev (4,919, or 19.3 percent);
  • Alamedin constituency — Seid Atambayev (7,976, or 26.03 percent);
  • Issyk-Ata constituency — Akbokon Tashtanbekov (4,830, or 15.99);
  • Chui-Kemin constituency — Mederbek Sakkaraev (10,152, or 24.78 percent).

Bishkek:

  • Leninsky constituency — Zhanybek Abirov (11,827, or 30.75 percent);
  • Oktyabrsky constituency — Dastan Bekeshev (17,474, or 47.55 percent);
  • Pervomaisky constituency — against all (11,780, or 32.98 percent);
  • Sverdlovskн constituency — against all (11,923, or 37.51 percent).

Naryn region:

  • Kochkor constituency — Nurlan Samyikozho (9,419, or 22.54 percent);
  • Naryn constituency — Ulan Bakasov (19,978, or 53.48 percent).

Issyk-Kul region:

  • Dzheti-Oguz constituency — Arslanbek Maliev (7,337, or 18.39 percent);
  • Ak-Suu constituency — Akylbek Tumonbaev (16,672, or 44.66 percent);
  • Issyk-Kul constituency — Maksat Sarbagyshev (5,986, or 20.54 percent).

As of 8.30 a.m., protocols were received from 2,231 (89.45 percent) polling stations out of 2,494 in the single electoral district. At the moment, Ata Zhurt Kyrgyzstan, Ishenim, Yntymak, Alliance, Butun Kyrgyzstan and Yiman Nuru pass the 5 percent threshold in the single electoral district.

Elections of deputies of the seventh convocation of the Parliament have been held in Kyrgyzstan. According to preliminary data from the Central Election Commission, six parties get into the Parliament.
