Zhaiyl Musaev was appointed a vice mayor of Kara-Balta city. Press service of the City Hall informed 24.kg news agency.
«The new vice mayor was introduced to the staff of the City Hall and heads of structural divisions,» the City Hall reported.
This position was earlier held by Temirlan Aitkuluev.
Zhaiyl Musaev is 35 years old. He is a native of Panfilov district. He graduated from the Isanov Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport and Architecture.
