The Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan (CEC) registered one of the public foundations affiliated with Kloop Media, allowing its employees to observe the upcoming parliamentary elections, which will be held on November 28.
Thus, Kloop will monitor the voting process.
Earlier, the CEC refused to register observers from Kloop Media (the parent organization of Kloop). The organization corrected errors in the documents, leaving its charter unchanged. The management of the foundation considers the CEC position unconstitutional.
The election commission has not yet made a final decision on Kloop Media Public Foundation. It should be noted that earlier it denied Kloop Media’s request for observing the elections. The organization’s charter does not stipulate that its representatives can be observers.
