Prior to his appointment, Nurlan Umtulov headed the Methodology Department of the central office of the State Tax Service. He has been working in the financial and tax systems for over 20 years.
Bekbolot Aliyev worked as the Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic. He has been working in the financial system for over 20 years.
