Political scientist Azamat Temirkulov has been appointed the head of the Department for Analysis and Monitoring of Reforms of the Presidential Executive Office of Kyrgyzstan. Press service of the head of state reported.
Azamat Temirkulov is a Doctor of Political Sciences, Associate Professor, Civil Service Counselor of the 3rd class. He is the author of the concept of natural development of the Kyrgyz Republic «Muras». He has experience in civil service as an inspector of the Secretariat of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic. He is the Chairman of Green Alliance of Kyrgyzstan Association, as well as the Chairman of Muras Kyimyly Public Association. He has published several dozen articles in magazines and newspapers.
Azamat Temirkulov gained bachelor’s and master’s degrees at a university in Belgium. He defended his doctoral dissertation externally at the University of Hamburg on the basis of a previously developed conflict analysis tool and already published scientific articles.
