Deputies of Karakol City Council passed a non-confidence vote to the First Vice Mayor Seit Oskonbaev. Deputy Azamat Aitbaev told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, an extraordinary session of the City Council was held today. At least 27 deputies took part in it. «Earlier, many complaints were received from residents concerning land issues. Oskonbaev oversees the activities of the Municipal Property Department. In 2012, his wife leased a land plot of one hectare from the gold reserves. She had to pay 11,200 soms annually plus 587 soms in form of land tax. As of today, her debt amounted to approximately 86,000 soms,» Azamat Aitbaev told.
He noted that 22 deputies of the Karakol City Council voted for passing the non-confidence vote.
