Russian attack planes Su-25 of Kant airbase rehearsed an air attack at an armed convoy of imaginary enemy. Flight tactical exercises took place in the mountains of Kyrgyzstan. Ren-TV channel reported.
According to the plan of maneuvers, UAVs discovered a column of automotive vehicles with weapons, heading towards a village. As part of the exercise, echelon of Su-25 attack aircraft equipped with unguided air-to-ground missiles and 30-millimeter-automatic rapid fire cannons was raised to the sky.
At Edelweiss training ground, the crews worked out missile and cannon attacks, destroying targets that simulated a conditional enemy and its equipment. The flights were performed at a speed of 700-750 kilometers per hour and at an altitude of up to 2,500 meters.
