The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan have completed the discussion of Safe City project. In general, the deputies supported its implementation and adopted a resolution, which will be valid until June 2019.
It notes that the deputies took note of the work of the Cabinet of Ministers on implementation of Safe City project from 2012 to October 2018. In addition, it was proposed to entrust the General Prosecutor’s Office with check of the activities of those responsible for the implementation of the project earlier.
It was reported that the test operation of the complexes will begin from January 25 of the next year, and by February 10 the project will be launched in an industrial format.
The State Committee of Information Technologies and Communications has signed an agreement with Vega Radio Engineering Corporation for the implementation of the first phase of Safe City project. The company won the tender.
