At least 120 members of organized crime groups were detained for five months of 2018 in Kyrgyzstan. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
At least 12 of them were wanted for crimes.
«More than six pieces of firearms — pistols (traumatic and combat) and carbines, more than 70 cartridges to them were confiscated from the members of the organized crime groups. Four of the detainees have high status in the criminal environment. Since the beginning of May, 11 members of the organized crime groups, suspected of committing 16 crimes, were detained,» the Interior Ministry reported.
