The crime rate among the minors in 2017 has grown in Kyrgyzstan. The report of the Prosecutor General for the past year says.
During the reporting period, 1,081 minors committed 878 crimes, whereas in 2016 — only 812.
The number includes 14 murders, 16 cases of deliberate harm to health, 517 thefts, 88 robberies, 16 assaults and other crimes.
In addition, the number of crimes committed against the minors has increased by 30 percent, or from 842 to 1,100.
In particular, 153 crimes of sexual nature were committed against the minors that is 39 percent more than in 2016.
