The work of the deputy commission to investigate the causes of the breakdown at the Bishkek Heating and Power Plant was prolonged until April 1, 2018. The decision was made today at a meeting of the Parliament.
Note, the deputies also find out what $ 386 million allocated for modernization of the heating plant were spent on.
A criminal case was initiated on the fact of the breakdown under Article 316 «Negligence» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Parliament deputy Iskhak Masaliev asked not to dismiss employees with long working experience, ordinary workers who were at the Bishkek HPP during the breakdown.
