Kyrgyzstani wins silver at World Powerlifting Championships

Kyrgyzstani won the silver at the World Powerlifting Championships. This was reported by the International Federation of this sport (IPF).

Competitions are held from August 28 to September 3 in Orlando (USA). Medals are played in two age groups: among juniors and sub-juniors.

Among the juniors in the weight category up to 59 kg there were six athletes, including our Alymbek uulu Akzhol. In barbell squat he lifted 265 kg, in bench press — 162.5 kg, in deadlift — 252.5 kg. The result on the sum of triathlon (680 kg) allowed him to take the second place. The lag from the winner was 20.5 kg, and the advantage over the third place — 60 kg.
