Kyrgyzstani becomes Asian champion in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Kyrgyzstani Abdurakhmankhadzhi Murtazaliev became the Asian champion in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the site of the Asian Union of this sport reported.
Competitions were held in Hanoi (Vietnam) on August 13. Participated more than 300 athletes from 20 countries, including eight Kyrgyzstanis. Among adults in the weight category up to 85 kg, the President of the Federation of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Abdurakhmankhadzhi Murtazaliev won first place. In the course of the tournament, he won four times in a row — defeated representatives of Iran, Jordan, Kazakhstan and the UAE.
In addition, the team of the KyrgyzRepublic has two silver and bronze awards. The second became Dmitry Novikov (18-20 years, up to 69 kg) and Murtazali Murtazaliyev (up to 77 kg), the third — Erzhan Batyrov (62 kg) and Nurkaliy Mirlanov (69 kg).
Following the results of the Asian Championship, the domestic team has four licenses for the Asian Games-2018.
