The CEC received a statement from a presidential candidate. As of today, 39 people are wishing to take the country’s main post. Press service of the Central Election Commission reported.
It is noted that the commission received application from Marta Kydyralieva. She is a self-nominated candidate. Thus, the CEC received 32 applications from Kyrgyz citizens on self-nomination and seven decisions of political parties on nomination of candidates for the presidency.
Applications from those wishing to become the head of state are accepted until August 1, 2017. Today, the first candidates have already passed the state language exam.
