At least 14,591 Pakistani citizens entered Kyrgyzstan in 2025, while 15,280 Pakistanis left the country. Deputy Prosecutor General, Umutkan Konkubaeva, announced at a meeting of the Parliament’s Committee on Judicial and Legal Issues, Law and Order, Crime and Corruption Control.
According to information from the Kyrgyzstan’s Embassy in Pakistan for the second half of 2025, 191 citizens of Kyrgyzstan are registered with the country’s consulate. Of these, 120 are permanently registered, and 71 are temporarily registered.
It is noted that the majority of Kyrgyzstanis in Pakistan are women married to Pakistani citizens, their children, and young people studying in religious educational institutions.
At this meeting, deputies approved an agreement between Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan on the transfer of convicted persons for further serving their sentences in their home countries.
