Management of Ak-Keme hotel told about violations by the government. President of the hotel complex Ruslan Sarymsakov announced today at a press conference in 24.kg news agency.

According to him, an independent appraiser estimated the cost of the hotel of 1,138 billion soms. The state did not like this, and the officials conducted another appraisal. The hotel cost was 955 million soms.

«Mulk state enterprise wrote us letters on the transfer of property for 452 million soms by the decision of the Interdistrict Court. And the government has a sum of 860 million soms. We sued the cancellation of this order. There are legal proceedings, and the hotel has already been seized. Mr. Kazakov (Head of the State Property Management Fund — Note of 24.kg news agency) confirmed that there was a seizure, since he acknowledged that the property does not belong to the Fund. Mulk office is now in the hotel. They use our property," the hotel owner told.

«Mulk» is a real raider office. It replaces the court and bailiffs. There were no bailiffs during seizure. It was necessary to draw up an act of transfer. We presented several suggestions on the future of the hotel, but they did not satisfy the Fund. I was received by the Prime Minister Sooronbay Jeenbekov. He promised to consider them, but the answer has not yet been received," Ruslan Sarymsakov said.

Recall, police officers cordoned off the hotel complex on June 22 early in the morning. All the employees of the hotel were taken out of the building. President of Hotel Ak-Keme LLC Ruslan Sarymsakov called the events a raider seizure.
