Documents signed on negotiations between presidents of Kyrgyzstan, Russia

Following the talks, the President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev and Russia Vladimir Putin signed a declaration on strengthening the alliance and strategic partnership between Kyrgyzstan and Russia.

In addition, a number of ministries and departments of Kyrgyzstan and Russia signed the following documents:

— Memorandum of technical cooperation between the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation;

— Memorandum of understanding and cooperation between the State Cartographic and Geodetic Service of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography;

— Agreement between the State Financial Intelligence Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Federal Financial Monitoring Service of the Russian Federation and the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization «International Training and Methodological Center for Financial Monitoring» on cooperation in the field of training personnel for the Kyrgyz system to counter the legalization (laundering) of criminal proceeds and financing of a terrorist or extremist activities;

— Memorandum between the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation of cooperation in providing statistical information on mutual trade;

— Agreement between the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Federal Service for Supervision over Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare of the Russian Federation on cooperation in ensuring epidemiological plague welfare;

— Agreement between the Governments of Kyrgyzstan and Russia on the legal status of representative offices of competent authorities in the field of migration;

— Protocol to the agreement between the governments of Kyrgyzstan and Russia on the settlement of the Kyrgyz Republic's debt to the Russian Federation on previously granted loans dated September 20, 2012;

— Agreement between Kyrgyzstan and Russia on the development of military-technical cooperation;

— Agreement on cooperation between the State Committee of Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republic and the National Research Technological University (Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education).
