President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev received today the Minister of Education and Science Gulmira Kudaiberdieva.
She informed the head of state about the organization of the education of children in the affected by natural disasters areas of the country.
Almazbek Atambayev stressed that the Ministry of Education should create all conditions for the organized end of the school year in the affected areas, paying special attention to the needs of students and teachers.
In addition, the President instructed to start construction of new buildings and expand the list of schools that are subject to major repair instead of all emergency schools in an accelerated manner.
The head of state asked to add to the list the school No. 6 of Tokmak town. According to the Ministry of Education, this school requires urgent overhaul of the roof. It was built in 1992 and has not been repaired so far.
