According to him, the Bishkek City Court upheld the decision of Sverdlovsk District Court against Rasul Umbetaliev, Azamat Attokurov and Mukhit Mamytov. «The court found that there was no conclusive evidence that their detention was conducted in violation of the norms of the law.
