Head of Kyrgyzneftegaz OJSC arrested

Chairman of the Board of Kyrgyzneftegaz OJSC Zhenish Dzhumashov is arrested, the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes reported.

A criminal case was initiated under Article 221 part 3 “Abuse of Powers by Employees of Commercial or Other Organizations” of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. In addition, he is accused of misappropriation or embezzlement of the entrusted property.
