Previously, Abdymalik Karachov defeated Osman Sultanov, Kadyr Keneshov lost to Gasan Gasanov, and Nursadyk Nurdinov lost to Arip Abdullayev (all from Russia).
At least 24 matches were scheduled for the PWL 11 tournament.
