The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has approved a resolution exempting goods imported for RCA Living investment project in Bishkek from duties related to customs clearance upon release. This decision was made to create optimal conditions within the existing investment agreement.
The investment project involves the construction of a complex of business centers, residential buildings, social and infrastructure facilities, as well as parking and recreational areas in the capital. The agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers and RCA Living was approved by order dated October 8, 2024, and signed on October 14, 2024, taking into account additional agreements.
The resolution stipulates that all goods imported into Kyrgyzstan for the project are exempt from customs duties related to their release, in accordance with Article 41 of the Law «On Customs Regulation.»
The document will come into force in seven days.
