Company fined for illegal construction of rural health post in Batken region

Construction company has been fined 200,000 soms for illegally building a rural health post in Kyzyl-Kiya, Batken region. The press service of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of Kyrgyzstan reported.

According to the ministry, the inspection was carried out by the Batken regional office of the ministry. It was established that the company Anvar Group LLC conducted construction work on Mekhanizatorskaya Street in Ak-Bulak rural area without complying with technical regulations and without registration in the State Register of Construction Objects.

An official report was drawn up against the company in accordance with the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Administrative measures were applied to Anvar Group LLC, including a fine of 200,000 soms.
