As part of the investigative and operational activities of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS), a land plot of the former inter-farm enterprise Plodorodie, located in Kaiyndy-Bulak village, Ak-Talaa district, was returned to the state.
The enterprise was created in 1979. It was allocated a plot of 2.17 hectares for the construction of industrial, cultural facilities and amenities.
In 1993, the inter-farm enterprise was reorganized into Kamkor OJSC. A citizen K.Z. was elected as its director.
It was established that in 2007, after the liquidation of Kamkor OJSC, through forgery of documents and renaming to Ak-Talaa-Kamkor, this enterprise with buildings and adjacent territory of 2.17 hectares was alienated to a private individual T.B. In 2014, the Ak-Tala branch of Cadastre state institution illegally issued a state act on the right of private property.
This object was transferred to the balance of Baetov aiyl aimak of Ak-Tala district.
