President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived in Kyrgyzstan. The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov welcomed him at Manas International Airport. The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
Ilham Aliyev arrived to participate in the next, XI summit of the Organization of Turkic States, which will be held on November 6 in Bishkek.
The leaders of five member states of the organization — the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Turkey, the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the heads of the observer countries of the organization will attend the summit.
