The Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of Kyrgyzstan conducted an analysis of vacancies with employers to assist in ensuring employment. The press service of the ministry reported.
As of August 1, there were 7,848 jobs on the labor market. Vacancies are available for the following professions:
- Preschool and school teachers — 203;
- Medical workers (doctors, nurses, pharmacists аnd hospital aide) — 587;
- Various specialists — 150;
- Cashiers — 186;
- Sales agents — 115;
- Managers — 46;
- Accountants — 39;
- Lawyers — 32;
- Economists — 29;
- Mechanical engineers — 13;
- Psychologists — 13;
- Garment workers — 2,112;
- Workers in the construction industry (driver, mechanic, welder, carpenter, turner, fitter, concrete pourer and others) — 576;
- Drivers — 617;
- Service sector workers (hairdresser, manicurist, waiter, cosmetologist, courier, cook, pastry chef, baker and others) — 1,034.
The ministry specified that in the first half of 2024 the average salary was:
- In industry — 52,866 soms,
- In construction — 34,554 soms,
- In trade — 37,601 soms,
- In the transport system — 46,165 soms,
- In the service sector — 27,679 soms,
- In the financial sector — 62,298 soms,
- In the education system — 25,112 soms,
- In the healthcare system — 21,368 soms.
