Chui Avenue in Bishkek is planned to be closed for repairs from July 15. The press service of the City Hall told 24.kg news agency.
Sections of Akhunbaev Street from Aitmatov Avenue to Maldybaev Street and Baytik Baatyr Street from Tokombaev to Mederov Street are now closed for major road repairs in Bishkek.
In order to avoid traffic congestion, it was decided to begin repairs on Chui Avenue from Manas Avenue to Panfilov Street (1st stage) from July 15.
It is planned to rehabilitate six main streets in 2024. Work is expected to begin in the near future.
