Co-founder of Kaganat Resort recreation center and owner of Aurora Group, Azret Bootaev, who was previously in custody, paid 356 million soms to the budget and transferred real estate to the state.
His preventive measure was changed. The decision was made by the Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek.
It is noted that Azret Bootaev was released on his own recognizance.
Azret Bootaev is suspected of having connections with criminal world, in particular with Kamchybek Asanbek (Kamchi Kolbaev), and is charged with Article 222 «Money laundering» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. He was detained on October 4 and is an accomplice in the case. According to investigators, the detainee is a business partner of the crime boss.
