The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan approved a resolution on the transfer of land plots for the construction of a new microdistrict with multi-storey buildings and objects of socio-cultural significance in the city of Cholpon-Ata, Issyk-Kul region. The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
The State Property Management Agency was instructed to transfer 1 hectare of land for unlimited use to the administration of Issyk-Kul region and 34 hectares — to the ownership of Cholpon-Ata City Hall.
According to the Cabinet of Ministers, a project for the construction of multi-storey residential and administrative buildings is being developed.
More than 3,000 people in Cholpon-Ata are on the list of those who have applied for allocation of land for individual housing construction.
