Ceremony of signing a statement of intent to establish twin city relationship between At-Bashi district and Zhongmu county (PRC) took place. The National Investment Agency of Kyrgyzstan reported.
In addition, a meeting was held with representatives of Zhongmu county, Henan Province and Zhengzhou City (PRC). Deputy Director of the National Investments Agency Nuradil Bayasov told about the achievements in the economic development of Kyrgyzstan, promising areas of Kyrgyzstan — China trade, economic and investment cooperation, as well as the investment and export potential of the country.
In turn, Zhengzhou Vice Mayor Hu Qiang invited the Kyrgyz side to visit Henan province, known for its developed electronics, automotive, cotton, food and chemical industries. The city also produces textile products and has a developed market for building materials and grain.
«Following the meeting, a statement was signed on the intention to establish twin city relations between At-Bashi district and Zhongmu county. Both sides expressed their willingness to cooperate in the fields of economy, trade, science and technology, culture, education, sports, health care and human resources in order to promote the common prosperity and development of the two states,» the statement says.
