The authorities of Kyrgyzstan will not allow interfering with construction of Asman. The President Sadyr Japarov said during the ceremony of laying a capsule for the construction of the new city.
According to him, the authorities guarantee fulfillment of their promises.
«Dear investors, you can safely engage in the implementation of this project and start construction. The current government will not allow anyone to interfere in your work, we guarantee it. We will not allow anyone to extort money or interfere with the construction, be it destructive elements, government agencies or law enforcers. At the same time, we promise that the local authorities or someone on behalf of the local population will not interfere with your work. I will personally deal with those who try to create obstacles. If there are any unlawful acts against investors, these people will be punished severely,» Sadyr Japarov said.
The head of state promised to create flexible and convenient conditions for investors to receive various benefits and permits.
