Mobile multi-diagnostic complex conducts free medical examinations of the residents of Alai district of Kyrgyzstan. Press center of the Ministry of Health reported.
The ministry recalled that the complex provides free medical examinations, treatment and consultations, as well as diagnostic services in a convenient and affordable format for all residents of the district.
The mobile complex is equipped with modern equipment that allows a wide range of medical research and diagnostics of various diseases. Its work is aimed at providing quality and timely medical care to those who may face problems in accessing health care.
The ministry added that the complex has already attracted the attention of many residents of Alai district, who were able to undergo free medical examinations and receive the necessary consultations.
More than 7,500 residents have undergone medical examinations, more than 37,000 have received medical advice. «This has become a unique opportunity for many people to be examined and discuss their issues with specialists without leaving the district,» the Ministry of Health reported.
The project is designed for five years, and all this time the Islamic Development Bank will provide medicines, equipment, fuel and lubricants, and medical workers — with salaries. The mobile clinic has offices for doctors, a laboratory for analysis, a CT and mammography scanner, an operating room, an X-ray unit, a gastroscopy equipment, a mobile screening center and a control center. Minibuses are also available for transportation, including an ambulance.
