The Concept of Improving Remuneration System for Public Sector Employees in Kyrgyzstan for the period up to 2026 has been approved. The corresponding decision was made at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The document was developed to implement the presidential decree on improving the conditions for remuneration of employees at the state-financed organizations of Kyrgyzstan dated March 28, 2022 No. 95.
More than 13 percent of the country’s economically active population is employed in the public sector, and wages are the main source of monetary income for public sector workers.
