In total, in January — October, compatriots transferred $2,498.4 billion to the country. This is $213,7 million more than in 2021. Russia accounts for more than 97 percent of remittances — $2,381.88 billion. At least $52.29 million was transferred to the Kyrgyz Republic from other states, and $76.81 million — from the USA.
According to the results of October, there was also an outflow of funds of $160.4 million. The main part of the money was transferred to Russia — $94.9 million. The outflow for ten months is estimated at $939.7 million.
The net inflow of remittances to Kyrgyzstan in January — October reached $1,558.7 billion.
Last year, the volume of money transfers to the republic was $2,756.24 billion. At least $562.77 million was transferred from the Kyrgyz Republic to other countries. Net inflow reached $2,193.47 billion.
