It is expected to bring the level of provision with food wheat to 65 percent or more this year. The Minister of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan Askarbek Dzhanybekov told today at a press conference.
According to him, the country’s need per year is 768,000 tons of food wheat. Approximately 630,000 tons will be produced in the Kyrgyz Republic.
«We will not have problems with food wheat. As for sugar, provision will also reach about 65 percent of the need,» the official added.
