Construction of new houses starts at the site of the plane crash in Dachi SU. A local resident Ainagul Usenova said at a meeting with members of public commission for studying the causes of the crash.
According to her, two houses appeared on the site where the destroyed objects are located.
«Nothing should be built there. But new houses appear. We don’t know who sells the land plots,» Ainagul Usenova said.
Local residents also noted that the amount of compensation did not cover the damage suffered.
«We had a land plot where we made the foundation for house. We were paid 200,000 soms for this. We couldn’t buy another plot, even without a foundation. I am ready to return the money to the state, if they allocate land to me in another place,» Kanykei Japarova said.
According to another resident, Iskhak Anarbaev, the amounts of compensations turned out to be different.
«Owner of the house, which was not damaged in any way, was paid $60,000, and the one, whose house was destroyed by the airplane wing, was given $6,000,» he said.
