Sugar, oil from State Material Reserves Fund sold in Bishkek stores

The Bishkek City Hall told which stores began selling sugar and vegetable oil from the State Material Reserves Fund.

As the press service of the City Hall noted, the decision to sell the products in small stores was made due to the fact that there are no large hypermarkets in many residential areas of the capital.

At least 200 tons of sugar and 80 tons of oil were allocated from the fund to the capital. Sugar will be sold for 70 soms per kilogram, and oil — for 130 soms per liter.

The following stores started selling the food products:

  • Pervomaisky district: Azim (Vasilyeva Street, 256), Ksenia (Kommunarov Street, 95/1) and Radost (Republikanskaya Street, 178a);
  • Leninsky district: Kut-37 (microdistrict Dzhal-23, near house 37) and in house 12 in Dzhal-29 microdistrict;
  • Oktyabrsky district: Tenir-Too (Akhunbaev / Zheni-Zhok Street), Aidana (Ankara Street, 38), Sadyk (Armeiskaya Street, 122), Ondosh-Ata (Dordoi / Kara-Zhygach Street);
  • Sverdlovsky district: Dordoi Motors market, container b-31.

The City Hall added that the goods would be sold in other stores in all four district of the capital in the near future.
