Cabinet of Ministers discusses electronic document management system

The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan discussed the introduction of electronic document management system in state and local authorities. Press service of the Cabinet reports.

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Aziz Aaliev held a meeting to discuss the introduction of the electronic document management system Infodocs, automated information systems e-Kyzmat and Sanarip Aimak. Earlier, Akylbek Japarov, head of the Cabinet of Ministers, instructed government agencies and local authorities to connect to Infodocs within 10 days. To date, all offices of the presidential envoys to the regions, city halls, district state administrations, village administrations, part of the city councils are connected to the system.

The e-Kyzmat automated information system has been implemented in 510 out of 516 local self-government bodies.

Sanarip Aimak system is introduced in 483 local government bodies out of 484. Actual digitalization issues were also discussed at the meeting. Aziz Aaliev noted that the issue of digital transformation is under special control of the leadership of the republic, and stressed the importance of de-bureaucratization of work processes in government agencies.

«In particular, it is necessary to carry out qualitative work on reducing and possible elimination of the requirement for various certificates. It is necessary to draw up an action plan and carry out the work. In addition, a number of central government agencies need to step up the work on the introduction of electronic document management,» he said.
