Alpha unit of the special forces of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) fired several times into the air at Kara-Keche coal mine in Naryn region. Own sources told 24.kg news agency.
The shooting took place the day before. People, dissatisfied with the fact that coal is not sold to ordinary citizens, gathered at the mine. Special forces fired into the air during a skirmish between them.
Video of the incident was posted on social media. Eyewitnesses report injured among the drivers, but this information has not yet been officially confirmed.
