Elections 2021: Winners in single-seat constituencies announced

Voting has ended in Kyrgyzstan. According to the preliminary data, presented on the portal of the election information system, winners in the elections of deputies in single-mandate constituencies were announced as of 9.00 p.m.

There are 36 such constituencies in total. At least 287 single-mandate candidates run for the seats. The winner is a candidate who won the majority of votes of citizens who came to the polling stations.

Batken region:

  • Leilek constituency — Chingiz Azhibaev (33.21 percent);
  • Batken constituency — Nurlan Razhabaliev (19.16 percent);
  • Kadamdzhai constituency — Yrysbek Atazhanov (16.97 percent).

Osh region:

  • Kok-Zhar constituency — Omurbek Bakirov (35.13 percent);
  • Nookat constituency — Bakytbek Maripov (44.03 percent);
  • Aravan constituency — Dzhalolidin Nurbaev (47.37 percent);
  • Osh constituency — Aibek Osmonov (49.88 percent);
  • Toloikon constituency — Nurbek Alimbekov (40.92 percent);
  • Kara-Suu constituency — Iskender Matraimov (62.45 percent);
  • Kurshab constituency — Daniyar Tolonov (24.32 percent);
  • Alai constituency — Ulan Primov (49.99 percent);
  • Uzgen constituency — Elmurza Satybaldiev (73.42 percent).

Jalal-Abad region:

  • Suzak constituency — Tazabek Ikramov (31.08 percent);
  • Jalal-Abad constituency — Shairbek Tashiev (61.78 percent);
  • Bazar-Korgon constituency — Aibek Altynbekov (60.25 percent);
  • Nooken constituency — Baktybek Sydykov (54.50 percent):
  • Aksy constituency — Nurlanbek Shakiev (36.72 percent);
  • Ala-Buka constituency — Azizbek Tursunbaev (37.57 percent);
  • Toktogul constituency — Kunduzbek Sulaimanov (20.51 percent).

Talas region:

  • Manas constituency — Dastanbek Dzhumabekov (39.76 percent);
  • Talas constituency — Baktybek Choibekov (34.64 percent).

Chui region:

  • Zhaiyl constituency — Nurlanbek Azygaliev (28.94 percent);
  • Moscow constituency — Karim Khukhanzheza (20.02 percent);
  • Sokuluk constituency — Amankan Kenzhebaev (19.15 percent):
  • Alamedin constituency — Seid Atambaev (26.29 percent);
  • Issyk-Ata constituency — Akbokon Tashtanbekov (16.49 percent);
  • Chui-Kemin constituency — Mederbek Sakkaraev (24.9 percent).

Bishkek:

  • Leninsky constituency — Zhanybek Abirov (30.59 percent);
  • Oktyabrsky constituency — Dastan Bekeshev (47.51 percent);
  • Pervomaisky constituency — Ruslanbek Akylbekov (15.46 percent);
  • Sverdlovsky constituency — Yrysbek Maatkabylov (27.24 percent).

Naryn region:

  • Kochkor constituency — Nurlan Samyikozho (23.34 percent);
  • Naryn constituency — Ulan Bakasov (53.13 percent).

Issyk-Kul region:

  • Dzheti-Oguz constituency — Arslanbek Maliev (18.15 percent);
  • Ak-Suu constituency — Akylbek Tumonbaev (44.73 percent);
  • Issyk-Kul constituency — Maksat Sarbagyshev (20.35 percent).

There is not a single woman among the winners in single-mandate constituencies.

Elections of deputies of the seventh convocation of the Parliament have ended in Kyrgyzstan. The electoral system was changed in the country, so there will be 90 deputies instead of 120. As a result, 54 deputies of the Parliament are elected according to the proportional system (open lists of candidates of political parties) in the single electoral district, 36 deputies — according to the majority system in single-mandate constituencies.
