President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov signed the constitutional law on the status of judges of the Kyrgyz Republic. Presidential press service reported.
The document was adopted by the Parliament on September 30.
The law determines the status of judges of the Kyrgyz Republic, guarantees of the independence of judges, the procedure for election, appointment of judges, their transfer (rotation), dismissal, responsibility, measures of material and social security for the activities of judges and other provisions related to this status.
The document was adopted in order to implement the provisions of Articles 94-99 of the Constitution of the republic.
