Oleg Kim from Kyrgyzstan won a silver medal at the World Championship among veterans in Greco-Roman wrestling on October 6. United World Wrestling website says.
World Championship continues in Perm city (Russia). At least five athletes competed in D age group in the weight category of 100 kilograms. They fought on a circular system. Oleg Kim defeated Jurgen Rashwalski (Germany), Hubyar Mirzamamadli (Azerbaijan), Jon Olsen (Norway), and lost to Aapa Uspenski (Estonia).
In the final protocol, Oleg Kim was the second, passing only the Estonian athlete ahead.
