At least 99 percent of pre-school children are trained for school in Kyrgyzstan. The Ministry of Education and Science reported.
Within the framework of the project «Preschool education,» financed by the World Bank, at least 4,500 classes for preparation of the children for school were opened in the republic. 120 kindergartens have been established in the most remote areas.
Pre-school education coverage of the children reached 99 percent. From 2015 to 2018, more than 300,000 preschool children underwent training.
The department assured that during the implementation of the project in Kyrgyzstan the coverage of preschool children had increased, schools and kindergartens had improved the conditions of education, teachers had been able to upgrade their skills. Pilot programs had been introduced to promote inclusive education.
