The press service of the State Penitentiary Service confirmed to 24.kg news agency the information about the incident. However, according to their version, the cuts of the convicted are not deep.
«Employees of the service do not torture prisoners. All the torture occurs outside the walls of the institutions of the service. As for the extortion of bribes, let the lawyer provide evidence,» the SPS said.
