Issuance of certificates of criminal liability and the presence (or absence) of a criminal record in paper format will cease from April 14 in Bishkek and Osh, and from May 1 — throughout the country. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported.
Such certificates can now only be obtained electronically through Tunduk mobile application.
Exceptions are provided for:
- persons aged 50 and older;
- socially vulnerable categories of the population;
- cases when the certificate is required for submission outside the Kyrgyz Republic.
